Re: WoW online players come here!!!

Stratavos- drenei shaman lv 24. currently i'd rate the online game about a 3/5. it's the same reason that I left FF11, the community is demanding and for a casual player, it is easy to loose track of how much time you have left, and if you only play once within 2 months, well, you really didn't get much back from that $40, did you? (bloodscalp server). this is a nice game, but i'm fairly happy and pleased with my PS2.

Re: WoW online players come here!!!

I'd rate WoW 3/5 It's nice to be able to run around solo...but that's also why I don't like it too much.  I enjoyed having to group up to do anything in FFXI, and if Squeenix didn't delete my Red Mage for inactivity I would easilly pick up FFXI again now that I quit wow.

Re: WoW online players come here!!!

    I have too many characters...

    Zenku 70 Rogue - Cenarion Circle -  http://ctprofiles.net/3430562
    Vampiric 63 Warrior - Cenarion Circle -  http://ctprofiles.net/5149227
Sapphiron 60 Warrior - Cenarion Circle (R.I.P. Chaosbringer from Frostwolf)
    Valfar 60 Rogue - Frostwolf
Annihilator 22 Draenei Shaman - Cenarion Circle
(This is all over the span of 2 years)

I used play way too much... raided all the end game instances, but now with the expansion I've toned it down a little. I raid here and there when my guild needs me but my real focus are the new Arena's.  I have my arena set gloves and getting shoulders tomorrow =D I'll rate WoW 5/5 for the best MMO I have ever played. Althought for new players I rate it 0/5 to hopefully stop them from playing because it can ruin lives... almost happened to me =o. I hate it when people say you have no life when you raid almost every day, I still have an awesome life and go out with friends ;D.

I have to say that the expansion isn't the best thing in the world.... but it HAS made it more casual which is good =O

Xenku 80 Rogue - Cenarion Circle
Gladiator Vampiric 80 Warrior - Cenarion Circle
    Zenku 60 Warrior - Blackrock

Yes there is. There's also a way to walk into a store and get a free 52 inch HD TV for free... but that's sort of frowned upon.

I'd give WoW a 5/5. It has kept me entertained more than any other game ever has. I have a level 70 priest with some Burning Crusade epics the rest of my gear is all blue. I used to have over 5200 gold but I bought the expensive swift flying mount which flies at 280% speed increase.

Re: WoW online players come here!!!

Just played recently, less then 1 month, got lv 25 Dwarf Priest (Mortimaar) in Gurubashi. But since my friends moving to horde (which I prefer more), I'm rolling new Undead Priest (Sazirca) in Andorhal.

Oddly enough, one of the reasons I play MMO is because of TCG :P. Well, I've played many MMO since Nexia (terrible game), until now WoW. And for MMO it's the best, so I rate it 4/5. Why not 5/5? Cause it's still has flaws. Like paying to play (yea, I'm greedy), and Blizzard ignorance for people who complaining about balance (nerf stick as always). But without that hassle, if you just rate the game inside, I would give 5/5. Overall, on larger scale, I would give 9/10, or 93/100.

I like Diablo II, and I feel WoW online is Diablo III. It has everything I hope for and even things I didn't think of. Minus the ballance of course, since right now Blizzard is still strugling. The only downside is while Diablo's lore is sub-par compared to Warcraft, it's still a nice story. If only blizzard would just continue Diablo's epic story (maybe for an expansion? :P).

Re: WoW online players come here!!!

I'm new to the game also...I've only been playing for a few months.  I also got into the MMO because of the TCG.  Honestly, I'm glad I did though.  I don't think I've had this much fun with a video game ever, and I'd definitely rate this at 5/5.  Usually I get into stuff like this and lose interest within a month or so, but I've been steadily playing, which is a good sign.  And because I work a normal 9-5, I can avoid having the game eat away at my life.

I have a few characters, but right now my main character is a level 35 Human Warlock named Darkblight on the Hydraxis server.  My brother, who also started playing when I did, and our friends have since moved on to a different server, which I've started a new Horde Warlock on, but I really want to still get this character to 70 so it's hard to not play with him when I have so much time already invested.

So far I think I'm pretty good at the game...except my money management sucks, and I constantly find my ass broke.  Anyone have any good tips for making gold?
