Good luck to everyone but I'm not part of the trip this time around. I've been to every event since Charlotte and I need a break (and possibly a reevaluation of my strategies, since I... have sucked for a few events now).

The format seems degenerate to me so there's that too. If any of the usual suspects want to reassure me this is not going to be a whole bunch of Savin/Vashj/Horde X mirrors, let me know...

i'm not so sure it will be.. because the map is not all that vashj friendly due to the wall of terrain

it seems more melee friendly imo

i can tell you that i am testing 5 different non-vashj teams right now. like was mentioned above i see vashj having trouble because of the wall in the middle and the islands off to the side. it will be fairly easy to hide from vashj and then pop out and gank her when she gets up on the wall.

I'm unable to go as well right now but just doing theory crafting I was thinking something like Blindlight Murloc, Magistrix Enaria, and Ruby Gemsparkle.  13 Honor and All Ice Block, Counterspells, and Polymorphs.  Vashj won't be doing anything but petting her sheep Savin.

I was thinking more like Irana, Firewing, and Murloc.  It is a few points more but they will be able to say IB for longer period of time on the hill.  On top of that I just don't see the Vashj wall wasting a place for purge.  Vashj needs her equip, and Huruka would be bringing a Strengh of Earth/Air, healing wave and chain heal.  Even if they do bring the 1 Purge 3 Counterspell would keep that down.

I swear if they do another set sneak preview with just a last minute announcement, I will kill someone...

We can't afford to go on the off-chance that that's what your countdown is about. Hell, I think some of our friends can't afford to go, period. Seriously UDE, if that's your plan you better spill the beans soon, because that's going to make Vegas minis DMF your best attended minis event in a while.
