Arena Ally's

I have a couple of arena ally's now and arena quests, is there a particular way in which these cards are to be played?

Arena cards are normal cards in all respects except they have an extra tag. Other cards can reference this tag.

The hands of a healer

So they play as normal cards? Great, thanks for the help!
