so newguy here, but thats not important right now
I have been playing this game for a good time now, and finaly stumbled upon a party I see a future in, but I want some other opinions. so, here it goes;
Arugal: YTSS Iceblock (I had a arcane blast under him at first, but i decided that would be a waste)
Rethilgore: Lycantrophy dodge (I want another card here, but dont really know what)
Bog Elemental Elemental Charge Soulseeker.
the way I play this is: put out bog elemental, let him lurk around, then put out rethilgore, buff the bog with Lycantrophy. next turn teleport arugal within range of the weakest enemy around and voidbold. hope for a crit. when someone attacks arugal, iceblock (as long as he stays within 6 to 10 ) as soon as you get past tick five. run in with the bog, elemental charge and bash the strongest character you can find (you can roll nine dice, and with soulseeker, you have a potential of 11 damage on that roll) rethilgore is more of a buffer who you just need for the lycantrophy and some extra damage
what do you guys think ^^ ?

1893966:I can see the use of the summon Santuria card. I guess the shadowburn is for some extra damage when Bleakheart has done all other possibilities.
Personaly, I would trade the polymorph for an iceblock, because I really don't want Arugal to die and find that more important then ticking up one enemy.
shadowburn is used as a totem/pet killer and to finish off an enemy with 1-2 health
as for polymorph.. it provides more control... it's not the ticking up that makes it as good as it is.. but the ability to remove the secondary powers that the character has on it's printed card for 3 ticks.. some epics like Velen are great to polymorph because your allies won't take damage when they kill an enemy while he's polymorphed

If you play Arugal well, it's very difficult for them to kill him. The key is to teleport, wait a tick, then attack and teleport away. If you think for a little about who you want to attack and where you want to end up after you attack, you'll quickly find Ice Block unnecessary. Paying 10 honor for a guy then locking him out of the game for 5 ticks can be terrifically awful.
As far as the Shaman, I can't really comment.
Shadowburn is good both because it's completely insane with Lycanthropy (1-3-5 on a model moving 3 so he's always on a hill? Sure.) and because you need a way to deal with Hunters efficiently. A lycanthropied Shadowburn + attack + Rethilgore swing will, on average, kill any Hunter. Hunters need to die because they can kill Arugal. Also, generally, Polymorph is amazing on Arugal. Here's what you aim to setup with this team:
Polymorph one guy. Get a second guy low. YTSS a third guy. Kill the second guy with him. Walk the YTSS'd guy to the polymorphed guy. Walk Hellcaller to the formerly YTSS'd guy, so he's adjacent to both. Attack + Heart Murmur + Santuria. Have Rethilgore bash guys.
Hope this helped! Arugal is a very difficult model to play with, but both extremely fun and powerful.
