    Dethvir + Mist

1 - I have only Dethvir in play... my opponent plays a Mist of Corrossion ..... must I have to discard a card ?

2 - I have a Dethvir and a Bloodsoul in play... my opponent plays a Mist of Corrosion .... must I to discard a card ?

    thanks

Nope. Discarding a card or not discarding a card is your choice. Just because you can't destroy an ally doesn't mean you have to discard. See also the FAQ.
    FAQ:
If target opponent doesn't control a card in play of the chosen kind, he may still discard a card of that kind, but he isn't forced to.

2 - I have a Dethvir and a Bloodsoul in play... my opponent plays a Mist of Corrosion .... must I to discard a card ?
No, you can choose to destroy Bloodsoul if you don't want to discard.

    Re: Dethvir + Mist

The victim of mist (you) gets to choose the modifier; destruction or discard. In this case, you can choose destruction in which the effect will simply fizzle because dethvir cannot be destroyed. However, in an alternate situation, say you had dethvir and another ally without wotf in play. If you choose destruction in this case, you must destroy your non-wotf ally to satisfy the effect.

    Re: Dethvir + Mist

It's subtle, but you're not actually choosing to destroy or not destroy. If that were the case, then you would not be able to choose to destroy an ally while you didn't have an ally that you could destroy.

You are choosing to discard or not discard.
