UDE won't activate my other account (I emailed customer_service@upperdeck.com)

    UDE won't activate my other account (I emailed customer_service@upperdeck.com)

    Here is the situation, I do have another account were I have around 100k UDE points entered. One day I came back and couldn't remember my password so I tried different ones till I got this message.

    You have exceeded the maximum amount of invalid login attempts.
    We have disabled your account for your protection.
    Please contact customer_service@upperdeck.com

    No problem I've had this problem before, but I've already sent 3 emails the first one over 2 months ago and haven't got a single reply.

    I am selling the tabards on ebay and this is hindering my work so please tell me what to do or where to call.

    If you email Entertainment@upperdeck.com I will gladly solve that issue for you.
    Please be sure to include the email and account name.
