Scourgewar Loot Card Preview

Players in the online realms have been hard at work in Northrend for almost a year now, with the Wrath of the Lich King letting adventurers land on the frozen continent and take on everything it has to offer. Now the action is coming to the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game on November 24th, when Sourgewar freezes things over at your local game store.

Uhhh... this card has me scratching my head too. Normally I don't think cards are as good as people say, but 3 for a 5/5 with an extra ability. The only downside it is a pet.

Sad times for Hesriana & Shadowfiend. Maybe Hunter will get a boost this set and Dundee will also be willing to join in and give the finger to this cute kitty.

Actually Shadowfiend just has the Unique tag, so not actually a pet.  With the +1/+1 bonus to the ol' fiend, those two rascals might just get along extremely well!

Man is capable of as much atrocity as he has imagination.

If it's reeeeally early Scourgewar block combos you want then here goes nothing:  Try to get 4 of these in the graveyard via discard or milling quests or however and then Renewal of Life the whole lot of them into play at the start of Turn 5!

Kitty swarm FTW!  "Not the kitties! They're in my eyes, my eyyyeeees! Arghhh!"

EDIT: Oh right...Pet (1)...disregard the combo, but still a funny enough thought to share!

R&D department has become crazy.

Um, in the bursting bubbles phase.....

The kitty isn't  a Horde or Alliance card so it will actually be a 3/3 that boosts your guys for 3. Still playable for a Rare loot, but not something that has to go into every deck that plays dudes.
