Dark Portal

Just wanted to check: Is it possible to spawn on an occupied Dark Portal token, as long as first act this turn is to move? Or is it like Mortimer's token which you can't teleport to when occupied?

Dark Portal's space counts as a spawn point. As per 403.1 you can choose whichever point you control when (re)spawning, even if one is occupied. You would have to move away before doing anything else.
