We are aware of the concerns in the thread, and I've brought it to the attention of other members of our staff.

I do not have an ETA when someone of some authority will be able to answer every question in your thread.

Instead of flooding the forums with a huge list of individual problems I am going to form a post where upset or concerned members of this community can voice their problems. Please people if you feel like bashing, flaming, or creating negativity towards concerned questioning posters please refrain from doing so in a hopefully constructive post.

UDE Rep, please understand it is appropriate and understandable to say to any question asked here, "At this time I do not have an answer/Or any similar blanket answer". At least it shows us you read it understand our concern and will work to supplying this community with an answer or information.

1. Currently the community for WoW Mini's is in a decline due to various issues. (http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/wow/community/forums/thread/1825816.aspx /The first post is still up in it's amazingly violates the Code of Conduct glory but after that post are links to examples of various issues ignored and unanswered. More then likely people who get upset with forum posters for creating lengthy "I quit posts" have posted a similar issue in one of these threads./) It has created turmoil amongst the posters of this forum basically dividing the ones who are still here in half. What can/should we expect from UDE with assistance to attempt to revitalize WoW Mini's experience in our on-line community, major events, and our local play experience?

2. Souls of Vengeance doesn't appear to be making it's estimated time of release. Can we be updated on the status of when we can expect to see the set released?

3. Battleground Kits are becoming scarce and stale. When can we expect to see Battleground Kits in stores or even an estimated timeframe? Is anything being done to improve the staleness of the BG kits, possibly containing a map that isn't green, yellow, or white with a different name?

4. Ratings and Lifetime Honor both are methods for qualifying in the WoW TCG, when can we expect to have information on a ratings qualification system and an honor system?

Invitation Information
A player may qualify for the WoW Miniatures World Championship through one of the following methods:
•Qualify through a National or Continental Championship.
•Placed in the Top 8 of a Darkmoon Faire from November 1, 2008 – October 2, 2009.
•Constructed Rating is greater than or equal to 2650 as of September 22, 2009.
•Sealed Pack Rating greater than or equal to 2600 as of September 22, 2009.

5. Onyxia is rumored to have prototype to production problems. When can we expect any information as far as cost/availability date?

6. Some players feel it requires too much of a monetary investment to be competitive. What can we do about Epics and Promotional figures making up a large amount of the meta(Looking at the Warlock who was only tested for one day)?

7. WoW TCG currently has a Badge of Justice system which encourages players to play in Battlegrounds to redeem exclusives. By copying this exact formula we can have an impact on the previous question and bring smiles to many peoples faces. When can we expect information or a system like this?

8. U-Bases. Help us?

9. A dedicated Community Manager? Find someone with 10000+ posts about minis who is helpful and bestow magical powers of moderation.

10. Deluxe Edition Loot Card issue is still unresolved with many customers still waiting to receive thier loot cards. When can we expect a resolution?

11. Also, is there any attempt to work on improving the timeframe for missing cards issues? Some people claim it has been over 8 months. Personally, I can't recall how long my single missing card claim has been waiting.

12. Players are concerned about receiving the going to be mailed(cards) portion of Mortimer. When can we expect information on this subject?

13. Mortimers have had the largest impact on the current meta. Is there any plan or change we can expect to bring these figures into a more managable power level without making old minis obsolete?

14. World Championships is a huge event that requires extensive planning both hotel/voyage fare and playwise. When can expect information regarding the map/scenario that World Championships will be played with?

As stated in other posts by members of OP, this map will go up this week. When the image of this map goes live, we will make sure to draw attention to it.

This will give players a few weeks to playtest on the map prior to the time they arrive in Austin October 8th-11th.

Can we please have information that created this drastic difference in amounts? Can we look into having Loot Cards(or any other measures) issued to Top 32 players to assist in paying for this great voyage?

16. Some players feel a lack of excitement about WoW Minis with no previews of up comming sets or general future product information to keep the community wanting more. When can we expect to receive information about previews for future sets or anything that will cause the same "can't wait feeling" WoW minis had before its launch?

17. Other companies have started to show how "green" they are to the world. With the heavy use of plastic and paper going into production for minis we can only wonder if any of the process is "green". Does UDE have any plans(or methods in place) that promote a greener Earth?

Thanks to any UDE representative that can assist in these questions and concerns. If you feel like you have a concern and would like to see it addressed let's try focusing all our problems here in one thread or send me a private message. I have sent an email today referring the reader to this thread in hopes of some answers.

Your idea it's very good and it's one of the lasts posts that has a bit of common sense on it.
However, you should be aware that maybe, no UDE employee will see your post because they have no obligation to read all the posts here.
This forum is, after all, a tool for players.
So, that said, I think it would have been better if you send this via mail to someone at UDE.

The release date of Souls of Vengeance was changed from August to November, when Spoils was also released some months later. I think Spoils was first said to be released on February and it came at last on May.
Is there a new release date after November?
I collect both the cards (four of each) and the minis (just one of each) and I'm in no hurry for a new set of minis right now. November is fine for me, considering that at that time they will release Scourgewars too.

Everybody would like to have a Onyxia of their own. However, in a post here, when it was said the set (Onyxia plus ten minis more -probably some dragonlings- and cards) would cost between $175 and $200, most people said they wouldn't buy it. I think it was rumored they had it on hold indefinitely. Asking directly a UDE representative would throw a light.

Also, is there any attempt to work on improving the timeframe for missing cards issues? My friend emailed and called Upper Deck about 8 months ago because he got a Ras Frostwhisper figure with another model's cards. He JUST received the replacement cards 8 months later. Those of us that went to Dark Moon Faire at Gencon received a Mortimer as a particpation prize, but they forgot to send the cards. It has been nearly a month since the event and we still do not have the cards.

Something needs to be done to address this issue and turn around time needs to be dramaticly improved.

The cost of a warband could double and not equal the cost of a competitive Magic deck. Last time I checked, Magic was not hurting financially because not enough people could afford to play it competitively...

Out of all the issues named, this is the one that makes no sense.

There are plenty of times in Magic(which I agree should be used as a baseline comparison) where an entire common deck can run rampart.(Affinity/Slivers) While other extremes where certain rares had to be run by everyone. Here is looking at Umezawas(sp?) Jitte.

This is mostly directed at the power level of 3-4 figures and the high cost associated with them. I personally enjoy building teams that are popular that I have the minis for and creating personal warbands that lack these amazing Legendarys/Promos, however this was still a concern expressed on these forums and I am sure that poster would like some information as well.

I appriciate all the questions and concerns and I have updated the post to reflect them.

The cost of a warband could double and not equal the cost of a competitive Magic deck.

I an writing this not having played Magic (aside from drafting) in several years...

This game is in no way as expensive as any competitive tcg game. All you need is 3 figures.

Savin Wall or Big,... 1 common, 1 epic and 1 $5 rare, maybe a couple other rares for abc cards.

Zoo is 1 epic and 2 rares.

The only really expensive band is 3x Morts, and that band is free if you have the opportunity to hit up a DMF (Gencon not included).

Epics hardly sell for over $20 these days on ebay and rares are never more than $10.

I am trying to put together a block deck for Austin, and the price tag alone is nowhere near the cost of any warband in Wow Minis.

Can we add something about solving the Mortimer problem? He has a terrible effect on the metagame. (When was the last time you saw any non-Mort team worth less than 20 honor do well?)

This is a direct result of an 18 honor team with Jhuroons. There are low Honor teams that can beat things that are popular in the meta right now.
