UDE Activiation Code

Ok so here is the situation...

A couple of weeks back I competed in Maryland in a Continental Qualifier. I asked the store to look up my UDE number as it has been a while since I played in a UDE tournament (since the Web of Spiderman sneak preview for VS System). I saw my name on the list with my UDE number beside it and trying to link my organized play account to my UDE account. However it requires an activation code which I do not have. Can someone help in directing me to what I should do to resolve this matter.

You should send your request to player@upperdeck.com. Make sure to include as much information as you can such as: UDE #, name, address, phone number, date of birth, etc.
