WoW MMO, Faction Transfer???

So I heard from some friends this weekend that Blizzard was going to introduce the ability to transfer factions, in addition to servers.... is this actually going to be true. I looked through the worldofwarcraft.com site but was not able to find anything.

Anyone with a link please???

It's in the works but won't be happening anytime soon.

They've already prepped all of the servers for it, so it will most likely be with the next content patch, or on its own randomly within the next month or two.
