That's not a horrible booster pull for your first booster ever, all 3 of those teams see competitive play to some regard on various teams.  Unfotunately, the ABCs used on them vary from what they come with, otherwise my advice would be to pick up a lady vashj and then randomly pick the two remaining two figures and you have a team.

Unfortunately, Lady Vashj likes to have soul seeker (comes with both Daxin Firesworn and Magistrix Enaria -both SoW figures) and the crimson boots (crafted item).  She also runs around 30ish last time I check, which is worth it if you think about her only costing 2-3 boosters.

Bleakheart hellcallers like to use shadowburn, but summon santuria can be pivotal (comes on Kiala, a rare but tends to be a higher end rare) and curse of weakness (also comes on Kiala) to deal with other teams.

Rethilgore is phenomenal with vashj and many monster teams. Lycanthropy can make a decent character stellar.  Some people include silk bandage (SoW, bostrok or  Elizabeth Cairnewillow) on him for daytime ticks (1-5), but a few other cards are okay on him. Quick reflexes (comes with him) will rarely see play as people will tick up other figures.

People like to play the murloc in triplicates but it also goes well with vashj as it enables her to shoot through minis or be a protector in an ice cube.  Mana potion is generally a good card, but there are superior alternatives for the murloc.  People will suggest arcane flux, counterspell, flamestrike, ice block, polymorph, and/or spellsteal.  If you are playing with Vashj, then arcane flux, flamestrike, and iceblock seem to be pretty solid choices, but it is hard to go wrong with any of the above cards (though counterspell is becoming disfavored).  http://wowminisdb.net/ViewCard.aspx?Type=Character&ID=9 lists all of the murloc's playable cards and if you click the link, it will tell you who comes with those abcs (wowminisdb.net is a great site to see what else is available).

If you want to avoid picking up an epic, a second or third bleakheart creates a fun team, but you usually need to pick up one kiala for every bleakheart you grab.

So what your saying is tthese improvements
    Relthigore = +Silk Bandage
    BleakHeart Hellcaller = +Summon Santuria
    Blindlight Murloc =+ Ice block
and that should give me a good team

    Re: ways to improve

Rethilgore +Bandage/ScrollofStrength/Swiftness Potion, just pick one and play
Bleakheart +Piztog/Santuria/CurseofWeakness/Corruption - so many good Warlock cards!
Any third model you like really, Rethilgore and Bleak are a good duo.

Isgee is, by definition, a snob.

Relthigore as a tank w/Bandage , Scroll of Strength and Swiftness Potion
Bleak as a wearer down w/Santuria , Curse of weakness and Corruption
Frostmane Troll w/Chain Heal ,Chain Lightning and Magma Totem

    Re: ways to improve

Generally keep lycanthropy on Rethilgore.  This buff is pretty awesome on most figures and only becomes a problem if you are facing spell stealing mages.
With bleak, I would use Santuria, Curse of Weakness, and shadowburn.  I am not a huge fan of dots and Shadowburn is too good to pass up.  If you are going to sub something out for corruption, it would probably be curse of weakness.
Frostmane troll is probably not a stellar addition to this team as he is a very easy target and only improves your lot against dotting teams.  If you think warlocks are low on your matchups  and you want a healer, pick up Crushridge Ogre with say Chain heal, purge, and wrath of air or healing wave would be superior in my opinion.
If you are concerned about dots, I would rather have skeletal priest, shadow form, mass dispel, and perhaps heal or mind blast instead.

    Re: ways to improve

My apologies for the technical language.  DOTs in the mmo, card game, and minsi (as well as many other games online and physical) usually refer to a spell or ability that does Damage Over Time (DOT).  In the minis game, the class that dominates the DOT category is warlock.  They have access to corruption and curse of agony.  Druids have two one that occurs from moonfire and another (lacerate) that can be only used in bear form, priests have one (shadow word pain), and demons have a few that do not see  play much.  These all can be removed with mass dispel.

Additionally, lady Vashj and hunters both have debuffs that can do damage based on actions taken.  These are not technically DOTs as they are action dependent as opposed to time dependent, but they are a potential threat regardless.  A full list of debuffs can be found here: http://wowminisdb.net/ViewCards.aspx?View=Type&Type=Debuff

Thus, if you expect to see any significant debuff, then the frostmane troll can become viable as he has frost purification, barring that, I would opt to go with the crushridge ogre.
