889305: as for bumping certain cards to full playsets, the reason why I don't normally play 4 copies of cards is to give some slots to other cards to give me some versatility.
The main reason that this is a bit of an iffy is because when you spread your cards too thin (ie, not many 4 ofs and a lot of 3 ofs) you tend to not get the cards you want, when you want them, and you also sacrifice a bit on the stability side. A deck without a solid core of 4s rarely runs consistantly, thus resulting in games you lose, that you could have won.
