Hey yall, i want to single order all of my minis but i would like to view the stat cards for the minis before i do so.  is there any website i can visit so see them? Thanks alot!

You might want to check out WoWMinisDB. It is created by Programmer and lists the statistics of the cards and which cards are packaged with which figures.

Some equipments are crafted. You need to turn in crafting materials you find in boosters, either at a DMF or through the mail. Or get them off eBay, i guess. There's two sets of 5, one for Core Set crafting materials and one for Spoils of War crafting materials. Ten crafted items total. Some of them are quite nice (Boots of the Crimson Hawk comes to mind).

Most equipment are Action Bar cards that are packaged with various minis from Spoils of War. You get them like any other ABC, by getting the character they're packaged with. Sulfuras, for instance, comes with Ixamos. Daxin comes with Soulseeker. And so on. The website that was given to you I think lists which cards come with which characters.

I wouldn't say they are hard to get ahold of.  You just have to get the crafting materials.  Most of those aren't hard to find, the only exception being Miniaturization Guns.
