Ok, so I wrote a really big post on what I thought, but I timed out before I submitted it, and lost it all... so, here's the abbreviated version:
Cut Orderkeeper Henley because he dies from one attack from almost any playable ally (even to Vexmaster) and isn't worth 5 resources.
Cut Blaze and move it to the side because your deck doesn't have any way to draw cards, and later it likely won't kill what you need it to kill.
Running a few copies of Portal along with 1-of a bunch of big allies is a really fun way to make a win condition. Running a few copies of Presence of Mind is even more fun, because those win conditions become much more threatening when you can play them at the end of your opponent's turn and then ready and be able to interrupt anything they can do to stop it. Also, Presence of Mind + Slow = Awesome.
Some 1-of allies to consider...
High Tinker Mekkatorque - counts your hero as part of his effect. If you Presence of Mind him out, you will untap and draw 5 cards before your opponent has another turn. Hence, you should win.
Collidus the Warp-Watcher - Excellent with Slow, even more excellent at instant speed. Also, gives you a way to break through Myriam/Weldon Shenanigans.
Akama, Onaala, Ishanah, Greench, Weldon... you can mix and match your favorite big allies when you're running a few copies of portal...
I suggest:
2x Portal
2x Presence of Mind
1x High Tinker Mekkatorque
1x Collidus
1x Onaala
1x Greench
Also, Establishing New Outposts and Order Must Be Restored are just bad in this deck. I'd run 2 copies of Chasing A-me 01 and 2 copies of Battle of Crimson Watch.
