Arcane Mage - Care for a Fizzle?

I'm working on an arcane mage for mainly casual and maybe a bit competitive play. I haven't figured out my win condition yet, but this deck worked excellent at raid with interruptions, so I decided to make it into a normal deck. Just how do I keel my enemies... I've heard arcane is mostly about drawing cards. Give me some advice, will ya?

Also, do note I'm not currently holding the deck so I'm writing this list from pure memory. It might miss something.

    Hero:
    Ruby Gemsparkle

    Ability:
    Slow x4
    Ice Lance x4
    Blaze x4
    Fizzle x4
    Mystic Denial x4
    Spell Suppression x4
    Conjured Cinnamon Rolls x2
    Escape Artist x2

    Equipment:
    Blue Suede Shoes x2
    Staff of the Ruins x2

    Ally:
    Orderkeeper Henley x4
    Treewarden Tolven x4
    Woodsie Leafsong x4

    Quests:
    Outland Sucks x4
    Zapped Giants x3
    Establishing New Outposts x2
    Order Must Be Restored x2
    The Last Barov x3
    Scouring the Desert

you do not have a win condition. Unless you count beating with your allies one. trust me they wont be enough.

    Duh.

I haven't figured out my win condition yet,
What could be my win condition? Abdominable Greench or Voidfire Wand? I'd like to have something new or unusual.

Re: Arcane Mage - Care for a Fizzle?

Ok, so I wrote a really big post on what I thought, but I timed out before I submitted it, and lost it all... so, here's the abbreviated version:

Cut Orderkeeper Henley because he dies from one attack from almost any playable ally (even to Vexmaster) and isn't worth 5 resources.
Cut Blaze and move it to the side because your deck doesn't have any way to draw cards, and later it likely won't kill what you need it to kill.

Running a few copies of Portal along with 1-of a bunch of big allies is a really fun way to make a win condition. Running a few copies of Presence of Mind is even more fun, because those win conditions become much more threatening when you can play them at the end of your opponent's turn and then ready and be able to interrupt anything they can do to stop it. Also, Presence of Mind + Slow =  Awesome.

    Some 1-of allies to consider...
High Tinker Mekkatorque - counts your hero as part of his effect. If you Presence of Mind him out, you will untap and draw 5 cards before your opponent has another turn. Hence, you should win.
Collidus the Warp-Watcher - Excellent with Slow, even more excellent at instant speed. Also, gives you a way to break through Myriam/Weldon Shenanigans.
Akama, Onaala, Ishanah, Greench, Weldon... you can mix and match your favorite big allies when you're running a few copies of portal...

    I suggest:
    2x Portal
    2x Presence of Mind
    1x High Tinker Mekkatorque
    1x Collidus
    1x Onaala
    1x Greench

Also, Establishing New Outposts and Order Must Be Restored are just bad in this deck. I'd run 2 copies of Chasing A-me 01 and 2 copies of Battle of Crimson Watch.

    Thanks for the massive input!

I've managed to fetch a few of your suggestions and a couple of my own ideas. I haven't been able to find any Portals yet, but few Presence of Minds, Collidus, Greench and Doomwalker. I've also got all the quests you adviced.

I'm still a bit concerned how this deck would draw cards. Touch of Arcanes or Arcane Explosions for small ally clearing and drawing? Or Evocation?

Cut Blaze for Nether Fracture, and if you need more draw power run Invocation.
