    Consul Rhys Lorgrand

    Human Hero Required
    Diplomacy: [Alliance] allies
Rhys has +1 ATK / +1 health for each different [Alliance] race among allies in your party other than Human. (Draenei, Dwarf, Gnome, and Night Elf)

Does the ally in play have to be a "blue" alliance ally, or can it be simply one of the alliance "races" (ie draenie) to give the 1/1 bonus?

    Example:

If i have marksman glous in play from turn 2, on turn 3 when i play rhys, is he a 3/3 or a 4/4?

You should troll the general forum less and the rules forum more, especially the 4 pages long thread 3~ lines below yours. ;)

Haha, I can't believe he missed the 3 days of arguing about that.

Eh, rules forum is usually not too interesting compared to general, so I can believe it.

I disagree. The worst thing to happen is to lose important games due to rules-related issues. As a competitive player, I think it's really important for you to be up to speed if not ahead of your opponent in your rules knowledge.

I will rephrase: There is significantly more content and less banter here, which means that it tends to not be as amusing to constantly browse/refresh.  And for me personally, I find that I know the answers to most of the questions asked here and so I find that I need someone else to answer them for me.

(Which sounds like bragging, but I'm leaving soon so I'm not going to reword it)

    I 100% agree.

I usually only browse the rules forum once a week though.. unlike the once every 5 minutes in the general forum..

Besides... its good practice to always post a new thread when you have a question.  Your question might be slightly different than one posed in another thread.

In this case? exactly the same.

If it weren't for people constantly posting in the rules forum, how else will those rules lawyers maintain their post counts?

You're not a rules lawyer, bunk, you're more of a wingmeister.
