I too am still waiting for my April 1st orders. 

I'm still waiting on my everything. I haven't recieved any tokens since Dwarf/Misha. Lots of stuff in my order list not sent (HOA binder, FOO binder, MoTL Binder all of the last 5 tokens, etc) Ugh a dug.

I've got my may 1st stuff back in June...
But from what I have heard they have very few people covering the UDE store stuff and often times they sell out and have to wait for a flaky printer to come through with stuff.

I am still waiting on my EA infernal from DMF Austin!

I emailed customer support about things I ordered in early February this year and early April too.

They just said that they are very backed up on orders (obviously).  And if any of you have international shipping (non US) address, then you have to wait even longer.

I'm just pretending they'll never show up so that if they do, it'll be a surprise gift.

Kind of like, finding your own money in your own couch is a surprise gift.

Anyways, UDE has a habit of being late. You should get your product eventually, I just pray for your sake said turtle didn't die of exhaustion, because then you'll have to wait another 10 weeks for them to find a replacement. They're elusive little creatures, them turtles.

Just do what I did. Give up on them. At some point you just realize they aren't going to be on time, and usually there not even close.

Here is the e-mail I received yesterday.  DW has been OOO...

Our point store is still behind on orders.  They should have started packaging the orders for May as of last week.

 

To my knowledge, Drew is not on the list for GenCon.  He did get to go to ComicCon last weekend though!

As stated by other users, the point store is backed up on orders.  Last week they should have finished international orders including binders and playmats for European addresses. 

Any orders placed on or before May 1st should have been shipped by this week.  Any orders placed after May 1st are still pending.
