can someone clarify - HoA binder have only North America shipping, but new TDP binder don't say this.. is it avaible to order it to Russia?
Or this is somekind of bug? because page even don't have picture.

i'm so curious, because half of sites count russia as europe, and other half count russia as rest of the world.
And as i know from our PTO - Netherlands office can't ship to russia only t-shirts. Maybe there just a slim tiny chance to get that binder?
ps. who i must bribe to get it?
