Theres a thread about this over the the strategy & decklist forum, called "the raid deck thread." It has all the answers you are looking for, but afaik the order they came out in is the same as the power level order.

Hey,

My group is going to pick up some of the TCG Raid decks and play, we're trying to figure out which order to run them in. If you've played through them please rate them from your experience.

Onyxia, Molten Core, Magtheridon, Black Temple

Difficulty to beat - easiest to hardest with 3 players using constructed decks.
Most fun to play against the raid - least to most fun.
Most fun to play the raid boss - least to most fun.
Most replay value - least to most
Most similiar to the MMO raid - least to most.
Best treasure packs in terms of current constructed tournament cards - least to most.
Best loot chance/value - least to most.
