I think that's a little dumb. Just means you have filler cards, seeing as deck building is about keeping cards you don't need out, but okay. Wonder how many people have put a card down and ten turns later been like "DAMN I NEED THAT CARD NOW!"

    Thanks.

That's why no one really considers making a deck with no quests. But being able to put any card down resolves mana screw which is by far a much bigger issue than "wish I could get that card back."

Well, this is an English forum.  I don't know how many people can read French...

I'd like to help if I can.  Can you post your question in English?

    This is what I got:

"Hello, <random French>, thank you in advance Super Jew!"

I'm assuming that last part was aimed at me :-)

I think he said something about an ally in your party and combat. Not that I actually know any French, so don't put too much faith in that lol

Re: Official Rules FAQ (Heroes of Azeroth)

The question (from my rudimentary French) is how many allies can you have in your party.  He also said "Have a nice day".

    Bonjour.

Response: inifinie.  Autant d'en tant que vous peut payer.

    Man, I hope that's right.

Re: Official Rules FAQ (Heroes of Azeroth)

I'm french as well so I could help on translation I guess ^^
That means : "Hello, how many allies can you summon in the same time during a game ? Thanks by advance and this is a great game !!"

Even in french I'm not sure what is asked exactly, but I think that's the max allies allowed to be played on the table at a time. And I guess the answer is no limit. So I answer in french for him now ;)

"Il n'y a pas de limite tu peux avoir autant d'alliés que tu le souhaites (ou plutôt que ton adversaire laisse survivre ^^) dans ton groupe à un instant T."

Re: Official Rules FAQ (Heroes of Azeroth)

It is only limited by how many resources you have to exhaust at the time, but you're right, there is no "one ally per turn" rule or anything like that.  ;-)

Thanks for helping with the translation!

    Hope this helps!

Re: Official Rules FAQ (Heroes of Azeroth)

I'm not sure that I'm clear on something, but according to the way I am reading the rules on striking with a weapon, if I attack with my hero and use my thrash blade, my hero has an attack of 2. The second time I attack with my thrash blade it is an additional +2? Makeing my attack 4 the next time?

Re: Official Rules FAQ (Heroes of Azeroth)

Sorry, that's not how it works.  "Thrash Blade" (any weapon, really) only increases the ATK of the hero by the ATK of the weapon for that combat when you strike with it.  "Thrash Blade" only lets you ready your hero after combat conclusion and it has dealt combat damage to the defender for the first time that turn.  Then you can propose combat with your hero again in a separate combat and strike again for another +2 ATK for your hero during that combat.

The only time you would get additional ATK from another weapon strike is if it occurred during one combat.  For example, if you strike with your "Annihilator" during the defend window, then use "Galway Steamwhistle" to ready your hero and weapon, you can then strike again and increase the ATK of your hero by 3 more for a total of +6 ATK.  After the defend window closes, the hero will deal 6 combat damage to the defender.

    Hope this helps!

Re: Official Rules FAQ (Heroes of Azeroth)

I have a quick question. I have a paladin deck, and my friend a priest deck. He uses Acolyte Demia
1, put one damage on acolyte demia. Demia deals 1 shadow damage to target hero or ally. use only on your turn. So here is the delema, Say I have three armors with atleased one armor rating, and one with say 9 armour rating. He will exhaust 1 resource, and do the 1 shadow damage to my hero. So in response I will prevent the one damage with my 1 armor rating armor.  then he will exhause another resource and deal one damage, and i will prevent with my 9 armor rating armour, will I prevent the next 8 damage from his one creature if he keeps exhausting one resource at a time, or will I only be able to protect his one damage with that one armour?

Re: Official Rules FAQ (Heroes of Azeroth)

One armor can only prevent damage from one packet. Demia's power creates 1 packet of damage for each time they use her power, so each piece of armor you have can only prevent 1 damage, and the rest is wasted.
