Just wanted to post a quick addition for all Bay Area
players. My name is Jaron Tomsky (jtomsky@hotmail.com), and I'm a
devoted WoW player living in San Rafael. I was one of the heads in the
crowd at GenCon SoCal this year, and I wanted to announce that I have
started running a casual play event every Sunday from 1pm-5pm at the
Gamescape in San Rafael (note that this is not the SF store of the
same name).
The store will be supporting sanctioned tournaments as soon as
we get a feel for how many will be showing up each week, as soon as I
or another local player gets official certification, so please pass the
word along to those looking to play in the Marin County area.
I realize that Sunday is a day that already has a lot of events
lined up, but I noticed that this location is far enough away from the
other stores that it shouldn't be a problem. Hope to see some new
faces soon, looking forward to some fun times!
