I'm not sure about Rexxar, maybe another hunter would be better (a second Aluna?).

Nice play against HHT. Mana Tap, Mana Tap, Viper Sting. Repeat on second HHT. Then attack without fear of heals (maybe arrange it so Thangal can't heal either, 4 ticks of Tranquility can hurt). You can Mass Dispel any MotW shenanigans.

I put Rexxar in there for pet choping and totem killing plus Misha is a nice pet.

    Re: new ABC

I guess I'm a big ol nub, because I didn't like Master Tactician and think it's overrated, and I think this card is kind of meh.

For this card to be good, you have to:

-Take up an ABC slot, instead of a pet
-Spend a tick to do it (not instant)
-Have them exhaust their ABCs (doesn't prevent them from initial use)
-Have them not die, or else the buff goes away.

I mean, it's not terrible but I don't think it finds a slot either. I could see you doing this to a Vashj with CoW and somewhat to tap her equipment, making her weak and then just farming her allies. I could see it on Jaina for sure, esp in a mirror match. But really, you want to use an ABC on Kaustron then not kill him and let him attack? Doesn't seem like the best use of an ABC...

Well how about you hold on to it until closer to tick 10. use it on whoever is still alive at that point. You have free range to attack who you want before and then hinder whoever survived. Seams like it is still a very powerful card to me.

    Re: new ABC

Just a few thing this does:

Nerfs Recharge (oh, is that MotW or Corruption you're playing?).

Nerfs Morova, Moonshadow, Morganis and friends who ready cards on crits.

Makes Mana Tap and similar abilities much better.

In conjunction with above, nerfs Equipments.

Benefits players that go for the long game (as the more ticks after 10, the better this gets).

Penalizes rush teams that rely on using their ABCs near 10 and reusing them a second time right away.

    Re: new ABC

I was wowed for a few seconds too, and then the afterglow wore off.

I don't think it's as great as some people are suggesting.

-Excepting a relative few characters and recharge cards, for you to benefit from this ABC, the target has to survive through the round.  Throwing it on a high-value character sounds great, but getting anything out of it means you're not killing them quickly.

-It takes an ABC slot for a class that already has a ton of great choices.  Does a relatively passive, very delayed effect against almost every character in the game outweigh pets, Hunter's Mark, Master Tactician, Misdirect and Multi-shot?

It sounds nice against Jaina and hilariously wrecks Fog of War (which hilariously wrecked hunters until now) but I'm not sure this gets a slot in a long tournament.

i guess that also means Arcane Blast is going to see some play as a sideboard in rush teams

    Re: new ABC

I see this making hunters even more-so the Warlock farmers. Look at smite, and look at this card. Both nerf two of the current strongest teams, HHT Brick and triple Locks. I wonder if we'll have to wait 'till the set after Vengeance for the Vashj and Jaina nerfs. :)
