Just wanted to start getting out there tournaments for all of Southern CA for players.

Here are the ones I know of

Herd Friday Edgeworld got 11 players.

Sat UDE store got 7 players.

Not sure what the turnout was for the other events maybe someone who knows can post.

We currently hold 2 tournaments a week. Normally we get between 6-8 on Thursday and upwards of 18 people on Sunday.

Thursday at 6pm
Constructed, sanctioned, Prizes.
Entry fee is 4$ which is turned right back around into store credit to top players.

Sunday at 4pm
Same as above. This is also or actual Battleground for the week. Regular prizing for the tournament plus BG promos here.
Entry fee also 4$ and also handed right back to the top players in Store credit.

In my experiences if you can show you are getting even 4-6 players showing up then more players will come.

Nice turnouts.

We decided Sat to change the UDE store tournament to Sunday next week. Knew we were conflicting with the Sat event in Montclair but now we will conflict with the Sunday in Rancho. Can not win it seems lol

WTB a perm three day weekend for card events!! ^_^

Please feel free to add any comments to this thread.

I highly suggest each store to start their own thread with details like format, entrance fee, prizes and times. When I see them I will link them to this thread on a weekly basis.

Maybe even add pictures from previous events.

According to the Gameology website, their Saturday afternoon WOW TCG tourneys start at 5pm.

I know the information on your thread got old and out of date. Do not think it is realistic to expect someone to keep in contact with 4 different stores about the start time and format of 6 different tournaments.

Links seems the way to go.

Personally I like the way I am doing it and will keep doing it this way for now.

Always taking suggestions on how to do it better though.
