Congratulations Mr. Jack Fejer for getting engaged (:D!!!) and possibly making Day 2 Worlds. Still not entirely sure which is more of a miracle.

Voila ~ here's the last known info: DMF Las Vegas ~ Dec 3-6

Hopefully it's all still correct - there's no reason to think it's changed if they negotiated the room rate.

A few of us are doing a practice Vegas run for the ContinentalQ they have going this month.

So far we are brining 7 players but that may increase.

The $79 rate is pretty amazing. Also flights are incredibly cheap.

    Hi guys!

Currently planning my trip to DMF Vegas and since I'm not at all familiar with the USA, I'd like to ask for some help as to planning travel and such. Flights to SF/LA cost about the same, so how would you suggest getting to the DMF from there? Also, about how much does food cost there? <_<

And finally... Would anyone be interested in sharing a room? Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

There is one airline I always use to travel to Vegas.  On select dates, flights can be as low as $30.  Hotels are extremely cheap, you can find several (especially during that time) for $20-40 a night.

Hope it helps, looking forward to it.

The easy solution is to just spend the whole month in Vegas.  That way you know you won't miss it.
If you spend a whole month in Vegas, there's a good chance you'll miss a lot of things.

    XD

    You made the joke.

My advice to you would be to fly to LA, not San Francisco. (SF is about 3-5 extra hours of driving) I live near LA, so if you need a ride out to Las Vegas you can drive with me.

Food costs vary quite a bit. In N Out makes a great burger combo for about $6, There are a lot of (all-you-can-eat) buffets that cost about $12-15, so eating small snacks throughout the day and loading up at one meal is also an option.

PM me if you need any additional details.

Thanks guys! Wow- looks like I'll be bringing a lot of my own food if I do go. <_<

@BLyons> I checked out the Allegiantair website, but apparently they only have certain select locations from which one can fly to Vegas. Any idea which is advisable?

    Re: DMF Las Vegas 09'

We just booked the hotel and flight for this weekend.
Getting there Thursday midday to get the party started early.

This is seriously going to be the best WoW event ever, probably the last one before the game dies IMO.

Booked my package about a month ago now... we're staying 7 nights (2nd-9th).  This will be my (and my friend's) first DMF so hopefully it's a good one.

Is the DMF being hosted at the RIO?

    Re: DMF Las Vegas 09'

    Guess it will be Scourge.

Better attend the sneaks this time, last year DMF Anahiem was the first time I even saw Drums cards....dunno how I won 3 matches playing with all three of the "can not attack" allies.

Would have won 4 but some leech stole my beer last round and distracted me.
