Get 15+ quests, preferably 16 or 17 in this sort of deck. Remember, only put cards in your deck that help your strategy, get one focus for your deck and focus all the cards in your deck on that. Don't put things in for the hell of it, is Hur Shieldsmasher really necessary when Armor is rarely played? What someone above said about multiples is very important too, if a card is worth putting in your deck, you should be playing more than one. And since it will be part of your strategy, most cards in your deck will be in multiples of 3 or 4.
Straight away, get 4 Solanian's Belongings and put them in. It's one of the best quests in the game by far when you're a Blood Elf, not to be neglected. It's only common so it should be easy to get.
Elizabeth Crowley is vastly inferior to Blood Knight Kyria, Ghank is terribly situational (try Johnny Rotten or Doshura Risestrider) and Greefer is... not worth your turn 3.
All those non class-specific abilities like Caught Off Guard, Fall Back, Swift Assault, Sudden Reversal and Rally The Troops are bad, you're much better off using Paladin abilities. Cleanse is a sideboard card at the very most, too situtational and will only work against a handful of cards.
You have what, 2 weapons? And heaps of seals which all require a weapon. Get at LEAST 8 weapons, some good ones for Paladin are Obsidian Edged Blade, Demonslayer and Vindicator's Brand (although Vindicator's Brand is one of the harder cards to get hold of). A meager replacement could be Krol Blade or something similar, cheap strike with good power.
Some other great cards for Paladin if you can get them...
Felsteel Reaper: A win condition.
Blessing of Wisdom: Insane draw power, one of the reasons to play Paladin.
Redemption: Recur your big allies, then return it to your hand with Solanian's Belongings. Continuous recursion of threatening allies can easily destroy your opponent.
There's some helpful starters, good luck with your deck.
