I believe the domestic card products were shipped on June 3rd, but if you had a Binder or a Playmat in the same order, your order hasn't gone out yet (this is something I have to check with our shipping department).

This leads to 2 questions:

1. WHY? Why didn't the order with a Binder go out on time?

2. WHEN? As they have not gone out yet, when are they expected to ship?

The reason they didn't go out yet is mostly the same reason as to why you have to wait so long to get your stuff; it's an internal thing that has been a constant battle for us to try and get working more smoothly.  The Binders had to have special boxes ordered for them as well, so that took a bit longer than we would have liked.

I don't usually get dates on when they are going out, mostly just when they go out and when they are working on them.  I'm trying to get them pushed out next week.

Are there plans to relase the HFI playmat on the points store??

I'm really keen for one seeing as we weren't given any for prizes in our Preview

i'm from Jakarta - Indonesia, and i'm still hoping that my FoO playmat will arrive someday, i ordered it ages ago, either late last year or earlier this year. Some of the VS promo cards that i redeemed afterwards arrived already, but still no word on the playmat.. Should i just forget about it and hope it'll someday miraculously appeared just like the Molten Core treasure packs??

If you have not received an order that you made after that amount of time, you should email entertainment@upperdeck.com with your Order Number and the names and quantities of the items that you are missing.  Please also include your current shipping address so that we can get you a replacement if necessary.

I've got 2 orders I'm waiting on (Treents, and the June elemental + binder) and I will be moving in the next 3-4 weeks. Is there a way to change the shipping address for those orders without screwing them up? (Or better... do you think those will be shipped before then?)

If I spoil it and it takes too long to add or whatever other problem could happen, then it will only add to the heartache of the current delays!
