    ** UDE Points Store Update 6/2/08 **

    Hey all,

    The Earth Elemental Tokens and the FoO Binders are now available as of 8:40am PST.  We are just about all caught up with older orders so if all goes as planned no one should have to wait more than the 10 weeks to get their items unless there was an error in the shipment or with the mail.

    Please remember if you don't see your items after about 10 weeks, email entertainment@upperdeck.com or call 877-754-3835 so that I can help track down your items or get you a reshipment.

    Question: How long after shipping does the point store "Order History" update to reflect that an item has shipped?

    I received an email a week ago that my FoO mat had been shipped, but the site hasn't updated to confirm this.

    hm.. are FoO Binders "region free" or only north america again?
    or you again change its region right after i make order as with TDP Binders ? )=

    So when should we expect the binders to ship? My previous orders from my fathers account from both 4/1 and 5/1 still haven't shipped and I was wondering when to expect those. I'm looking forward to actually seeing the binders cuz there still aren't pictures.

    I'm in the same boat.

    As stated in his first post. If things haven't shipped within 10 weeks, then send an e-mail.

    So, the 4/1 time is nearly up. Wait for the 10 weeks and then e-mail.

    In fact, 10 weeks is a week tomorrow. The 10th.

    The first of the month came already?!?!

    Glad I was still able to get a binder.

    Btw gratz on three months in a row of having new items in the store!!

    I am going to have to start entering my MotL points soon and I bet by Aug I will have to enter my SotB points lol

    On a side note, my order history says my Yeti tokens are still waiting to ship but I am pretty sure I got it already. Will check my collection tonight. Do I use the same e-mail if I got an order it says is still pending?

    This may be a silly question but when do we expect the new product might begin to ship?

    Also, on a personal note,  I'm still waiting on a FoO play mat...

    Until further notice the binders are only available to the locations that were listed in a previous thread.

    The binders sold out last night or this morning, which is about 4x longer than it took the HoA and TtDP binders to sell out.

    This will be the only offering of said binders as far as I know.

    It's so very very lame that they put up so few of the binders.

    Don't they realize that not everyone remembers to check the UDE store every 6 hours for new items so they can immediately purchase them before they go out of stock.

    How about ordering more than 100 of them next time?
