Re: Cheaty Face Deck for Seattle Leaked to the Internet

It's true that they usually do play card-for-card versions of deck they play to pound on locals when they play in major events.

    Right?

Oh, wait, no one does that. 0/10. And I'm sad that I'm not as good at burning people as Kysuke and Charles, but know that I'm with them in spirit.

Re: Cheaty Face Deck for Seattle Leaked to the Internet

Ever came to mind they just played the Brochadin at some local tourney to test it out, and surely not to play it at a DMF (not in this shape at least)?

I don't think they even know what deck they'll bring at Seattle since Lyon will/should bring some new stuff, new tweaks to the meta (and I'll win the DMF with Ressa Traitor :D).

    ~

Best ranking at weekly draft : 4th (5 showed up and I got a bye :D)
Number of weekly drafts : 44 and counting.
0-4 drop at worlds (pairings suck)
Once won a game in DMF, my opponent didn't show up.

Re: Cheaty Face Deck for Seattle Leaked to the Internet

I was just wondering your source.  It would seem that if they were going to play this for Seattle they would not have played this deck at a local regionals.  They have never done so before, have they (from all accounts that I can think of they haven't).  They wouldn't play a decklist giving you the advantage of knowing every card in it before a big event, that is not their style.  Just a thought, why are you bragging the fact that you KNEW this was the deck they would play?  It doesn't mean much there are only 3 competitive decks out right now, did you look at the top 8 UK?  Its really not that shocking, and doesnt make you look any better for knowing which of the 3 top tier decks is the strongest.

"If they don't bring this deck to Seattle it is because they feel comfortable with something else in there gaultlet(highly doubtful) or to many people are talking about the Paladin."

So what you're saying is that Cheatyface may not play deck X because either a) people will be too prepared for it, or b) they think another deck is better.

How insightful.  Please, tell us more.

P.S.: Also note how I reduced your text to normal size when I quoted you.  Large fonts are obnoxious. But I'm sure you already knew that.

I'm saying this: Cheatyface is playing Paladin in Seattle, if they dont it is because of this thread.
The reason I posted there list is because I want them to have a bad showing like they did in Philly.

Everyone bring your Paladin hate, oh yah THERE IS NO PALADIN HATE.

So you just hate that there are good players out there? Sounds like you are just jealous of other peoples success.  Maybe you sould just strive for being better yourself, doesnt that just seem like a better plan?

So if they bring or don't bring paladin, either way you'll be right. Man I wish I could be as smart as you.

FYI, Cheatyface did top 8 at Philly.

    There is no paladin hate?

    Paladin hate = warlock.

This is thread is so ridiculous I'm starting to like where it's going.

What's funny about this is that even if people did know what they were playing, they'd probably still smash 95% of the field.

    Brad has powers.

I don't know if they are evil powers or good powers, but somehow he made all my quests disappear whenever I play him.

You don't mess with a guy who has powers.

The first thing that tipped me off that this is not a real Cheatyface deck or any kind of good pally for that matter, is the fact that it did not have lay on hands anywhere main or side. Who plays pally without lay on hands?

    Paladin hate = warlock.

Paladin hate also = rogue (kick main).

Lay on Hands blows. Aleyah's flip is all you need.

Re: Cheaty Face Deck for Seattle Leaked to the Internet

Horde Paladin is a very quebec thing i doubt this is going to be a deck used by a top end team at Seattle, while it is strong I dont think its going to do well in Seattle.
