Hi, can some one tell me why I cant redeem my in game loot cards? I have a frost tabard I got from points at UDE and I have a papa biscuit I cant get either to work.  I think the frost tabard is for Alliance which im not. I seen the fire one for horde but the biscuit didnt work either someone please help.thank you

the scratch off code for the biscuits, and the code u got online for the frost tabard, must be entered online at the site on the card or in the email, both of which should be www.WoWTCG.com/loot.  the code u receive from THAT site is the one u give to landro in booty bay.

no loot is horde or alliance specific.

hi yes thank you for the reply so fast. i tried that i did the code and got the the code for landro i put it in i had room in my backpack and nothing happened he gave me nothing i tried the codes 3 or 4 times i thought maybe it needs time to go thru the channels but i dont know .

Try disabling all of your addons. They have caused problems for people in redeeming their loot items.

The Tabard of Flame has never been available from the UDE Point store. It has always been available from the Landro Longshot loot card found in Heroes of Azeroth packs.
