Points Store FOO Playmat Help?

    Points Store FOO Playmat Help?

    I ordered the playmat on Jan 21 but moved at the end of March. When I check my order status in the store it still says 'has not been shipped'. I understand that the store is very busy and read that sometimes items are shipped and it takes a bit for these things to be updated. I have emailed this address entertainment@upperdeck.com a few times with not response (I found it looking through the boards).

    Has anyone had the same issue? Does anyone know who I  can contact about my FOO playmat order? I would be lame to lose 8K points with some some cool items coming to the store soon.

    I can't speak to why noone has gottem back to you previously, but I know that currently a number of UDE staff are out of the office - attending New York Comicon, the GAMA Trade Show, the Legionaire tour, and possibly DMF Stuttgart (don't know if anyone from the US office is there, or if they just sent UDE EU folks).

    The point is that they might not get back to this post for a while.

    Don't hold your breath on getting a mat or a response that amounts to anything. I ordered mine on 10/10/2007 and have talked to them through email many times, but still I have no mat.

    I ordered the Fires of Outland mat on 10/08/07 and have also emailed customer service with no response.

    I ordered the 7th of october with yeti tokens... I emailed customer service becasue I moved as well and was worried about the address change.

    They had sent my stuff to the old address even though I had changed my info in the system.  So if you order and then move make sure you immedietly email them and let them know because the order will use  your old address.  

    Also, when I emailed CS I was told there were no mats to be had but they'd send my tokens (my misha token was slightly damaged due to flimsy packaging though).  Which they did.  That's all well and good, but a friend who had ordered about the same time as me got his mat then got a secound one by mistake before me or anyone else we knew got our first.  I emailed CS again and all they said was "oops".

    And to give UDE the benefit of the doubt, it is a free service to us.  I don't mind the long waits so much but sending damaged product and mishipping orders due to a bad system isn't really excusable for a world wide company.

    So, you're not the only one having problems with it... we feel your pain.

    I know I've have a number of communications with you, but I don't remember where ours ended last.

    The figures are being reshipped from our shipping department as far as I know since they have the appropriate boxes for them, so if you could shoot off another email I will make sure our shipping department helps you out.

    I ordered a Misha Token and 2 molten core loot packs back in october and still haven't gotten them, they say they shipped in January but I still haven't recieved them. They emailed that they had been returned in like Feb. but the address was right and they said they would ship them out again. I am still waiting on ether a response from entertainment@upperdeck.com or my packs to show up.

    People who had Misha Tokens missing with other items were put on hold longer because we only just recently got Misha replacements here, so you should see a response from me soonish about when your replacements get sent out.

    Has anyone heard from Ragnarok/UDE yet? I happened to have sent another inquiry about my order approx. 6 hrs before Ragnarok's reply but did not reply after.
