I ordered the 7th of october with yeti tokens... I emailed customer service becasue I moved as well and was worried about the address change.
They had sent my stuff to the old address even though I had changed my info in the system. So if you order and then move make sure you immedietly email them and let them know because the order will use your old address.
Also, when I emailed CS I was told there were no mats to be had but they'd send my tokens (my misha token was slightly damaged due to flimsy packaging though). Which they did. That's all well and good, but a friend who had ordered about the same time as me got his mat then got a secound one by mistake before me or anyone else we knew got our first. I emailed CS again and all they said was "oops".
And to give UDE the benefit of the doubt, it is a free service to us. I don't mind the long waits so much but sending damaged product and mishipping orders due to a bad system isn't really excusable for a world wide company.
So, you're not the only one having problems with it... we feel your pain.
