It was not our intent to exclude AK and HA, as far as I know those would have still been reasonable to ship to and your order would not have been denied.

We don't like offering these to only North American residents but the fact is these things would be absurdly expensive to ship overseas. It would cost us 3 times what the figure's retail cost is to ship them safely.

We have a proposal to get some much updated functionality to the UDE Points store that would allow us to charge for shipping in cases where that is warranted. While I don't want to give an ETA for that just yet, having that functionality in place would help us offer these items worldwide.

Thanks for the info. However, it comes a little too late. All the available items are long sold out.

Fret not, we have a few extras of the action figures that are left over from cancelled orders for those who are not in North America.

I will repost them with a date of sale once we finalize the details for them and we may wait and see if we have any extra Illidan figures also and them put them all back up in extremely super crazy limited quantities.

Also, those who already purchased them will not be able to purchase another one, and to discourage people trying to dup the system, we may just not refund points for those who try to get a second one to make it fair for everyone :)

I'll have more details in the upcoming weeks once the Illidan figures are shipped out.

Didn't order any Illidan... but still waiting for molten core packs... had an answer early December saying they were finally shipped, but no sign of them since. I wrote another mail but didn't get any answer. Have they left ? I think I'm fairly patient after 7 months of waiting but now I'm quite fed up with the delay!
Could you at least tell me when they were finally shipped (if they were...) ??

If you sent an email for an order you did not receive/reshipment, I should be getting to those this week and next week.

so april 16th... no answer... I sent another mail last month... no answer... I got a response concerning the extra playmat I got and lack of action figure that basicly said the extra playmat was a glitch and the figure hasnt been shipped yet.

Well I received my Illidan figure about 5 minutes ago. Still nothing on my Rehgar or Valeera figures I ordered when they were put in the store and yet I still received the Meyrl and Thargas figs right on time.

i got mine yesterday when i got home from work, was so happy...

i do have to say, i thought illidan was bit small looking next to the warlock figure, wish they had made illidan twice as big, but he's still cool as hell with those big wings...
