does this work only for the fires of the outland because i got a primal life in my march of the legion set?

 

The Crafting Redemption program started with Fires of Outland and will continue with future sets, including MotL.

the link for the order form doesn't show for me, all it shows is a broken link...is there anywhere else to get the recipes?

A few people have gotten there crafted cards, as long as you sent them to the Oceanic office (in Sydney) not to the US one.
Chris Z also visits the torns so if he is there you can do a manual redemption I believe, although this is all on hold atm due to his unfortunate condition. (see http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/wow/community/forums/thread/1030744.aspx for info)

do you know how to change the cards into usable items in WoW

The crafting cards cannot be directly changed into items in the online game. The crafting items like Primal Fire or Eternium Bar are used to craft special TCG cards. The codes on the card can also be redeemed for UDE points that can be redeemed for some online items, but not for the crafting item that is on the card.
