An NDA, eh? They have every right to protect thier property and I'm not saying it's wrong (or that people should break it), but if someone were to spoil a card early UDE would have to get their legal team to go through the process of proving tangible losses due to the leaked information along with suing what would probably amount to someone who wouldn't have enough money to cover the losses anyway. Again, they're well within their rights; I just find it funny that they're scaring the writers now with legal action. What's next, banning from the game?
One day their marketing department will figure out that leaking cards to people generates more buzz than a sanitized article on thier website.

Having been under NDA with a bunch of games from a bunch of games companies it's pretty standard procedure. If somebody DID get access and then decide to leak it all and it was found to have a negative impact on sales then it would be gross incompetence of any employee that failed to ensure the NDA was in place before they revealed trade secrets.
It's not exactly "Oooh big scary UDE threatening the helpful writers" it's more like "business as usual, there's nothing to see here".
