    Speaking up to say:
I took a chance on the seller here, and their cards are legit. They bend just like UDE cards, and look legit next to American copies of the same cards (I purchased 2x more the scarier and 4x shadowfiend).

He is a good person selling cards to make money, as far as I'm concerned, and if i want more Chinese cards, I will happily buy from him again.

Re: Selling Chinese Version Wow cards! (with detail of my shop, trader list and suppliers)

    I believe my quote was:

Either these cards are fake, or you have no idea what you're doing.

So, if they're real, then that's fine... it just means you have no idea what you're doing.

    Shrug.

I have no problem being crass with people that crap out tons of product like this at lower-than-regular prices. It usually means something shady is going on. Real? Maybe. Sketchy? More than likely. Dealing with "China retailers" for a while now has taught me that the majority of things going on behind the scenes are usually really bad. Who knows where this guy got these cards?

Am I angry you're selling them at retardedly cheap, nonsensical prices? Of course I Am. What dealer isn't when someone blatantly undercuts a market for no reason whatsoever? If people go out and buy Weldon Barovs, only to find out someone suddenly has an endless supply and is selling them for $5, they would have a right to a) get pissed, and b) question the logic behind it. The contact I have over there that gets me cards has a hard enough time doing it at prices for me that are HIGHER than your SALE prices. Give me a break.

And the 15 posts in an hour screaming about legality over me questioning what you do? Hah. Welcome to dealing with us over here in the USA, bud. I never actually flat out said "THIS GUY SELLS FAKES ZOMG." I offered two possibilities to the situation. And, clearly, one of them is right.

Here's a pro business tip: When you're the only one cornering a market on Ebay, use it to your advantage to drive sales. I watched as you listed singles in Chinese from FOH. The average Adam Eternum in English was selling for 16-20, and you listed them at what... 14? Yeah, sure... that's a steal for the buyers, obviously. But why in the world...? Who in their right mind enters a business field selling something no one else has, in bulk, at cheaper-than-expected prices in a flurry, in every avenue of sale possible? The same people that sell car stereos out of their car trunks.

    Just my thoughts.

Thanks for advise. I am simple seller with a small shop and just want to clear my stock as i have no place to keep them. If i could not sell them, I will keep cut off the price till i can get them out of my shop. I am fine to sell the cards and lost $$ to get back my reputation here as well.

I only respond every people concern in forum.

By the way, the china retailer who dealing with you is overpricing the cards to you. It is always 20% off to english version.

    Highly appericate your advise.

Re: Selling Chinese Version Wow cards! (with detail of my shop, trader list and suppliers)

I know what he charges ME, I meant the price us English sellers price our cards.

Alright, I did my research... here's how this works.

The WOWTCG economy in China is now officially broken. Retailers are opening boxes/cases of FOH like Wonka bars, because apparently you can get cases for around 620-650, and the El Pollo Grande sells for 650USD. That's right... 650.

So... it's the tried and true method of what happens in these situations. I buy 10 cases, I open them, I sell my chickens, I'm now even. What to do with all of the cards? Rationally, I sell them for ANYTHING I can get my hands on. Price and value have absolutely no merit in these situations. It's a plague right now.

Currently, the FOH ones are the only set having this sort of impact. The other loots in Chinese editions are stable like ours, it's why this is so FOH specific. The mount has apparently hit a nerve and people are going insane trying to get them.

The reasoning behind the prices of these cards being even cheaper than our market is because to the sellers over there, ANY sale on ANY rares is basically sheer profit. They arent trying to make their money back on a case, they're entirely in the green zone with every sale they make. And the more they sell, the more they can open, and the chain keeps going.

So in summary, yeah... these cards are legit.

    But I'm not done.

    To Happysalex:

Coming into our forums claiming anything any of us do is "overpriced" while you openly know everything I just said is true is ludicrous, and you should know better. These circumstances surrounding why you have so many cards and why they are so cheap has literally nothing to do with the USA/EU market, and there's no way whatsoever any of us would know about it. When we get foreign language cards, they are naturally worth more to us than the regular English ones, so taking that into consideration when we are trying to make sales is how we do business.

No one over here knew anything about the WOWTCG crisis going on in China when it came to set 5. I surely didnt. I purchased my cards the weekend the set came out, before the mass flooding of the market took place. The prices were around normal, what I'd expected them to be, because the set was literally BRAND new and no one had it yet. Hell, one of the Singapore vendors at the World Championships didnt even have the singles yet. That's how new it was. Had I waited three weeks and bought my singles from my contact now, I would have known something was wrong.

So, good luck. I hope you manage to sell off your stock. I also hope the game over there recovers from this nightmare. It's like the FOO situation here in the states times ten, back when Tigers recouped more than the cost of a case.

If I'm not mistaken, the loot card codes are regional. Meaning a chinese chicken code won't work on US servers. The reason I'm posting this is because chinese WoW has been shut down recently, so what good would any loot codes be over there?
