Playing block constructed gave me a new appreciation for Velindra's flip (especially if you're facing Basem's 7th round opponent), but at the time it seemed crazy to me to pick Velindra over Zi'mo.

I think the decision on Velindra vs. Zi'mo is based somewhat on whether or not you have Spell Suppression and/or Arcane Torrent dudes.

Basically I'll pick Velindra if I'm lacking ways to beat ridiculous dudes like Kazamon or Spelunker. Otherwise, I think Zi'mo seems like the right choice.

So often velindra's flip says "Heal 5 damage" (if stopping a big fatty from attacking you)... or it says "deal 5 damage" (turn off an opposing protector for a turn)... while sometime it says "answer target bomb" (like with kazamon steelskin removal)... Even further, it can say "gain card advantage" (say you had an important armor in play, and woodsie attacks your hero)

I like the flexibility of the card, and for that reason i always play velindra.

If you play Zimo against me I'm assuming you have a Krayzin in your deck :). The flip isn't bad, Velindra's is just better.

I think they're both good, but I like Velindra's flip better. I love having a built-in flip that answers bombs and other hard-to-answer allies like Wynnd.

Not worth the risk, I think.
