Doesn't really do the same thing
Need something that can be repetitively turned into a creature rather than a one-off effect. A quest or Location would be ideal as there's fewer ways of dealing with it (although against that is Skumm being played a lot at the moment)

Actually, Are We There Yeti is a superior card to Stalking stones because when stalking stones got nuked by removal, you lost the land too.  They were both one time effects, but Are We There Yeti needs as much as three removal spells to kill the tokens.

If they take the ship, they'll rape us to death, eat our flesh, and sew our skins into their clothing. And if we're very, very lucky, they'll do it in that order.

Stalking stones isn't a one-shot. It can be turned into a creature everytime you pay 6 mana, turn after turn.
& you seem to be missing that the card is played in COUNTER-burn. If you don't have a ways of stopping 95% of land removal, then the decks built wrong.

    your mean this card right?

The artifact creature that's still a land?

Meaning if they have artifact removal OR creature removal OR land removal OR direct damage OR big blockers OR AoE they could kill?

The one shot effect of once you activate it it doesn't stop being a creature?

Or were you thinking about this instead... because that card produces creatures every turn.  However it isn't in the right color.  What about this land? Because it fits your description better, plus its blue.  The red one doesn't work as well because it has no evasion.

If they take the ship, they'll rape us to death, eat our flesh, and sew our skins into their clothing. And if we're very, very lucky, they'll do it in that order.

My bad, I misremembered it being until end of turn- shows how long since I last played it.
The Faerie Conclave fits better with what I have in mind although a bit weak- the evasion ability is nice  There's also Darksteel Brute - very similar to Arconite Dragonling but with the added bonus of being indestructible.
