My T.O. not handing out prizes...

    My T.O. not handing out prizes...

    We recently did the Battlegrounds tournament in which i won 3 out of the 4 weeks, and as such our T.O. has said that the winner of each week will get a deckbox and the winner by the end of it will get the playmat. However, he's been saying that the playmat never came with the prize set, so he's extended it another four weeks until, according to him, the Battlegrounds playmat comes with the Scourgewar Sneak Peak prize set, but has also said that everyone will get a deckbox, so i'm also missing out on two deckboxes that i won fairly.

    My question is this; is there anywhere i can report this to Upperdeck and, if so, will they be able to do anything about this issue? Also, can Upperdeck confirm if they have or have not sent the full prize set to where the Tournaments are situated?

    Generally the proper place to report these issues is the email box entertainment@upperdeck.com

    However, I've been spending a lot of my time looking into Battleground kit activity, so if you want to PM me as much information about this as possible, I'll have my team look into it.

    I thank your for the information; i have sent it my predicament to the disclosed e-mail address and i do hope i will hear from them as soon as possible. Again, thank you for helping me, and depending on the response i get from the Upperdeck team i will be happy to PM you my situation.
