    Problem with missing loot card redemption (for the deluxe mini box set)

    Has anyone else not recieved their loot card for the deluxe box set? I sent my replacement form along with the corner of pg. 41 of the rulebook in around four months ago and still have not recieved it. How long is it supposed to take? Is there a number that I can call to question about this?

    Send an email to entertainment@upperdeck.com with the subject title "Minis Deluxe Starter Loot issue" (or something similar) explaining the situation.  Make sure to give them all of your info (Name, address, phone, etc...)

    I got mine in the mail today.  I have to say though I am a bit sceptic about how they went about it.  They said that it would be the same as a minis booster in a thread.  I got a top loader with a slashdance in it.  To me it seems like that takes out the randomness of it all.

    How long did it take for yours to arrive from the time you sent it out?

    about 4-5 months.  I sent an email to the euro UDE by mistake and the dude took care of it for me by forwarding the email to a guy.  I would say after the email was sent it took about a month to get to me.
