They were supposed to be given out at Gencon but I think there was an issue and UDE didn't have them on hand. They were supposed to mail them out to everyone who should have gotten one. When they were/are going to be sent out I'm not sure. Once they are sent out though I'd imagine there will be alot on ebay and for trade.

My friend was supposed to get one. It has been a few weeks since Gencon...is there an email address or phone number he can call to see what is going on?
