Arkansas Players wanted!

Hey,

A buddy an myself just picked up this game the other day, and we were blown away by the gameplay. We are now looking for any others in central Arkansas who play the game, or may be interested in trying it out.

We will be meeting this Friday(11/21) at Game Zone Alpha in Jacksonville, AR. Visit www.gamezonealpha.com for location info if you have never been there.

As mentioned, we are meeting this Friday at around 5 or 6 to throw down some mini pvp!
Its just going to be some relaxed playing just for fun, nothing official or organized. We are just hanging out playing and looking for other people who might want to try this awesome game out! So come hang out, roll some dice, and wrestle with the U-Bases trying to get them to stay on and work right! :)

i am actually down in texarkana myself. like 2 hrs away from you. I dont think I have ever been to Game Zone Alpha. I normally go to Imagine when I am up that way, or Davids place b4 they closed. I am actually headed over to Comic Asylum this weekend to play. Shoot me a pm whenever you guys are having sanctioned tourneys and I will definitely try to get me and the couple of other people I know up that way.

I recently purchased two boosters today but do not have any bases as of yet so I will be waiting for my shipment from Upper Deck. However, I get off at 3 that day and might just make a slide in from Alexander Arkansas to play. I have personal issues keeping me busy until Wednesday. I will, however, be looking for all the matches I can Wed-Sat afternoons (2-5ish).

As far as not having bases, its not a big deal. I like the concept, but despise the execution of the bases. I an working on an alternative tracking device at the moment, but we use dice to track health and the bases apart from the minis to track ticks. So we can make do without the formal bases, at least until they fix them.
