Prizes by mail

How long does it typically take to receive prize cards by mail? I know the UDE points store takes forever, but I was led to believe that prize cards would come much faster.

Spectral Safari from Indy. Not sure why they didn't have a spectral tiger in the first place for a spectral safari....it's not like it was a surprise that they'd need a tiger as a prize in a spectral safari....
