I understand that you are the liason between the community and the ude points store. I also understand that you have no control over when items get shipped.
However, what i'm looking for from UDE at this point is an acknowledgement of the problems with the point store and hitting target shipping times. In addition to this, I would like to discuss possible compensation as a customer service gesture to all people affected by the May 1st order. The object of that compensation doesn't matter what it it is, but it would be a way for UDE to inform us through their actions that they at least acknowledge our loyalty. Furthermore, i would like to know what steps and actions will be taken by UDE to both address this issue and prevent its reoccurance in the future.
Of course, UDE can always choose to do nothing. But during an economic downturn, one can only question the wisdom of not following through on what you say you will do when we have many different choices where to spend our discretionary income.
Just some entreaties as well as some thoughts.
