    Hey guys, I'm having trouble redeeming my code for a tabard.  I got the Landro Longshot card with code on it, and I did everything the website told me to and got the confirmation code, but it is too long.  It will not fit into Landro Longshot's code box in game.  Can anyone help me?

    Just log out and log back in and try the code again.  It should work fine after that.

    The npc is in Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale.

    Hmm... I'm trying to redeem my UDE points, so I go to the UDE.com/points page and it says "Server Error in '/' Application. Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine." ?

    Its an internal server error.  Considering the web team is probably out at Blizzcon, it may be a tomorrow (or later) before they can get it fixed.

    If its back up, you'll be entering it at http://ude.com/points (assuming that you are referring to a UDE Points card).

    Just redeemed 2000 points worth of cards for the Blue Tabard. Should I expect an email giving me the code to get the tabard in game? Thanks!

    I have not gotten any of the ingame items from the point store, but I believe it gives you a code when you order it.  You then take that code to Blizzard's page, I'm not sure of the address but you can find a link to it here, which then gives you the code to use ingame.

    The "primal" cards are UDE points cards for the crafting redemption program.  They do not give in game items of any kind by themselves.  For all the details regarding the crafting redemption program check here:

    You can redeem the card for the UDE points (100 points) at http://ude.com/points.
