Store Feature - Continental Qualifier 6-6-09 Starcity Games - Roanoke, VA

We are going to start a new feature here at the Organized Play and Marketing Blog. Stores are encouraged to send in pictures and decklists from their recently held qualifiers. We are going to feature them in this blog as well as provide information to the players. Who knows, maybe you will show up here playing World of Warcraft TCG/Minis. Without further ado, here is the first in the series of Store Features - Starcity Games.

This past Saturday World of Warcraft TCG players gathered in Roanoke, VA seeking their invitation to the Continental Championship. The Star City Game Center, Virginia’s premier TCG store and play area, provided an excellent venue for this event and offered players full access to the extensive singles selection of StarCityWoW.com.

New hero Emmi Sprinklestrike made her presence felt by putting two members of the Defias Brotherhood into the top 4, but it was Lionar the Blood Cursed and his Orcish hordes who took home the top slot. At the end of the day, local player Jason Edwards topped the Defias Brotherhood’s Russell Lindberg to take home the win and an Alexi Barov EA.
