WoW Minis - S3 Realm Participation Prize

Death Watcher is the participation prize for the World of Warcraft Miniature Game Season 3 Realms.  Everyone who enters the Qualifying events will receive a Deathwatcher miniature and character card!

Looks good, right? It's probably hard to decide how you feel about him until you see the character card though.

Realm Season 3 Championship events will take place May 16-17. Everyone who participates will receive this exclusive figure that will never be released anywhere else! For more information about these events, visit the Realm Season 3 information page

Yeah it's awesome, good thing the only way to get it is too not play in the card event.  Guess we'll just screw over the card players that enjoy both games.

Oh well at least there will be other ways to get it?  Darn, looks like there isn't.  That seems fair.

QQ much? There's going to be three qualifiers on the Saturday for you to grab one of these, you can't even make some time for one?

Given the fact that I don't plan on losing in Realm Champs no.  I expect to be in it till the end and why shouldn't I?

I'm mostly bitter because making unique pieces that are goign to be tournament playable is just dumb.  I don't even know if this thing is good but the fact that it could be just makes the singles market insane.

It has low stats and a marginal attack (tick effective, but weak).  It's not going to any top tables soon...  Don't worry about the seondary market on these.  I'm sure a lot of people are going to end up with 3 and most people won't be interested in one.

Actually I look at it and see possibility.

You are correct about the stats and attack but it also has flight and it's other ability All-seeing is really good.

I could also think that because I have an obsession with Air Drop and want to abuse it as much as possible.  So I want more guys with Flight.

Calcos you know his mini is for participating in qualifiers not for winning or going the the Championships.

I don't think complaining in the blog/article is the greatest idea as I am sure it will lead to getting flammed/attacked personally.

I can see myself running 1 of these guys. Demon, flight, and the posisblty to ingore line of sight seems good to me at 5 honor.

Considering there are three minis qualifiers throughout the day, it shouldn't be that hard to drop 20 bucks on one, drop, and go back to playing the TCG once you've got your death watcher. Also, if you do exceptionally well in draft and constructed and you go 5-0, you can throw the last match since you're already in the top 8 and go play in the minis qualifier if you really want it that bad. It's not like UDe made it impossible to get it.
