I didn't know about them until now (well when I saw the post), however in our small group we have a couple of kids and a couple of poor college students who would love to do this I think over spending money.

I wouldn't allow this at a tourney I was running. As for calling it cheating or not, that's all about intent.

966558:There is nothing in the UDE policies (that I can recall) that addresses this issue. This is something the TO or store owner would need to address with that player as to whether they are breaking any of their policies.I think the first thing to look at would be if he/she is breaking any local laws.

I asked this question when I took the tests as a way to learn from my mistakes.The reason you weren't told what you get wrong was to prevent an answer key from being developed.

So I sanctioned a tourney last night and submitted results, but I didn't get a confirmation e-mail for either.Normal? Bug?There's a minor issue with the sanctioned tourney that occured after I submitted it, but I don't have the sanctioning ID to contact TO@ude.com.

Just something that I thought of... since our group has 5-6 players, generally if we sanction there's 5 players, 1 TO/judge... which means there's a bye each round.Can I as a TO/judge just play with the person who has the bye to pass time just for fun?

We are expanding, or trying to (trying to get different groups to come out, merge the minis/tcg, get a new venue/etc). It's an uphill battle right now, thankfully we have some people at UDE supporting us.

The groups that I've started playing with re 5-6 people only... which means with a judge/TO the pool of players of 4 or 5 only.The rules state that the judge/TO cannot play. I agree with this 100% for large events, etc because of the conflict of interest, however for small groups it really limits the playing potential of the group. Is there ...

This is an odd bug I found in the system today. I don't really know how it got through as you need a UDE number to be a judge/TO, however one of the stores I play at, the TO/Judge for a couple tournies said he didn't have an UDE number.I was able to get registration cards today and got him registered.
