I would personally consider the following example as an example of ''manipulating'' a match outcome. Example:  Player A vs Player B match decide to wait for the match being played by Player C vs Player D to then determine which player should concede to the other (after figuring out tie-breakers).

Counterfeit or not, the card belongs to its owner, we have no right in taking it.  All we can do is enforce that they are not allowed to use it in the sanctioned event.  I would also ask them a few questions concerning where they purchased the card and send an e-mail to Upper Deck at fit@upperdeck.com with the details.

I agree with Robert's post.  If a match has concluded, a penalty will not override the match results, regardless if result slip has been signed or not.  As stated, in your first scenario, the Head Judge would simply apply the Match Loss penalty for the upcoming round instead.

It would depend on the version he took.  I do know that he took the most recent version of the test and was unable to test at one of the events in Tulsa late in 2008.

Will already knows.  If am I available, I will most likely be HJing his Store Championship in June.  I really do hope we get great turnouts at the events.
