In my area some TO run "creative" officially sanctioned, if possible that? (sanctioning)

Ex:

* Mix one monster, one alliance, one horde
* Without epic minis
* Special maps and scenarios rules
* Only commons
* Between "X" and "Y" honor points.
* Mix ABC -> Mage using shaman ABC

I don't see any reason why you can't, as logn as it's a TO running the event, the rules are posted for all and everyone is judged the same.  We've done triple factions before too, it's a blast.

This is the right answer, I was incorrect.  It does state that in the policy docs.
