Order resolve : Dante Vale SAS + Hyperstride + Warrior Stance

Hi!
I have a Dante Vale SAS in zone 3.
I play Hyperstride exhausting my Dante Vale and moving him in zone 5 where there is almost an enemy hero.
What happen before?
case 1. I may choose if start a combat and "resolve" it, and then if my Dante is still on the map I ready him.
case 2. I ready my Dante for his power, and then I decide if start a combat.

I know it seem the same but it's not the same ( ^__^ ) because in the case 1 I can't play (for example) Warrior Stance!

In the Comp. Rules I find only this
403.3a Any triggered powers (see section 702) that trigger when a card moves into a zone are resolved before that card’s controller chooses whether to start a combat. If there are no any enemy heroes or obstacles in that zone after triggered powers are resolved, that player can’t start a combat.
But Megapunch is not a power "that triggers when a card move"!

Thnx ^___^

card text:

Dante Vale, Private Investigator
Good Major Hero
Whenever I play a Hyperstride card, ready me.
Megapunch — Exhaust Action: KO target hero in my zone.

Hyperstride
Exhaust Action
Draw a card. Move me up to 2 zones. (I can start a combat.)
Go again.

Warrior Stance
Combact Action
Target friendly hero in this combat gets +1 ATK.
If that hero is ready and would be KO'd this combat, put it into zone 1 stunned instead.

The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.

But diamonds are a girl's best friend

The question I have is this...

When is a card considered to be 'played'?

404 doesn't cover that question and I can't seem to find a reference that would help in the current Comp Rules.

702.1 A triggered power can be identified by the words "when" or "at." It watches for its trigger event to happen, at which point it triggers and resolves. It triggers off every instance of its event, including multiple events happening simultaneously.

So when you play Hyperstride Dante's power triggers and readys him, you then draw a card for hyperstride then move him upto 2 zones, then you may start a combat. If you were to start a combat and play Warrior Stance on him and if he would be KO'ed he will instead be put in zone 1 stunned because he was ready

A card is considedered to be played as soon as it is played, also if it is Canceled triggers fail to trigger

Cancel (701.4): A canceled action doesn’t resolve, create modifiers, or trigger powers or modifiers that trigger off that action being played.

And when exactly is that?

When I reveal it?
When I place it on the field?
When it begins to resolve?
After it's resolved but before it enters play?
After it's resolved but before it's placed in the Graveyard?

The definition of 'played' varies from game to game. Whichever one you think may be correct may not be correct in the eyes of this game, which is why it should be clarified in the Comp Rules.

"In Huntik, when you play a card you resolve it. So you do everything instructed on Copyform. Once Copyform is played (and therefore all resolved), Montehue's triggered power resolves and puts a +1 ATK / +1 DEF counter on him."

This was a quote from Dan about montehue (see the post about him and copyform).. so apparently, it is played and then it resolve right away... so maybe after you moved Dante (even at zero zone)? Because of the go again bit, does it mean it is not fully resolved until your turn is over though (after fights finishes).. hmm...

'Go again' is a one-shot modifier created by Hyperstride as it resolves. Your next turn is not a part of resolving the card, just creating that modifier is.

So you'd exhaust Dante to play Hyperstride, move him (0 to 2 zones) forward, decide to start a combat, create a go again modifier, then ready Dante. If you decided to start a combat, you would then begin it.
