    Polymorph and Sulfuras

On the forum the following situation has been presented.
A character wielding our favourite weapon, Sulfuras, has been converted to our favourite animal, the sheep.
An enemy character throws an AoE attack where our sheep is grazing the verdant grasses and so injuring the poor animal.
Does the attacker receive 1 damage from Sulfuras' triggered ability?
I'd say yes because the weapon hasn't lost its abilities but, I wanted some official confirmation.

    Re: Polymorph and Sulfuras

Sulfuras grants the character another ongoing ability, which I would say Polymorph would affect.  Although I can't find anything specific at first glance in the OCR about weapons, it does talk about forms...

303.5 Ongoing abilities affecting a character continue to do so regardless of that character’s form changes. A character in a form that “loses all abilities” stays in that form and keeps the stats from that form, but loses any abilities granted by that form as usual.

    Re: Polymorph and Sulfuras

    Polymorph, T2R3, Mage
    Debuff, Arcane
Add [T3] to debuffed character. Debuffed character loses all abilities and can't be targeted by its enemies until the start of its next turn. (Remove this debuff as debuffed character's next turn starts.)

303.5 Ongoing abilities affecting a character continue to do so regardless of that character’s form changes. A
character in a form that “loses all abilities” stays in that form and keeps the stats from that form, but loses
any abilities granted by that form as usual.

700.1 The text in a character card’s upper and lower text boxes represents the abilities of that character, as does
the text in the text boxes of that character’s Action Bar cards. Each character’s upper text box contains a
single ability that is that character’s main attack. Each Action Bar card also contains one or more abilities.

The ABCs are abilities that the character possesses.  Once he is polymorphed, he loses all abilities.  Sulfuras would be affected and the damage would not be granted.

Sorry, I forgot about the question.
And I missed that part from the rules too... I really must be getting old very fast. 8-)
    Thanks for the replies.
